COMPANY PROFILE:
Gulick Construction LLC. was founded in 1979 by John Gulick, a fully licensed and insured general contractor in the Northern Virginia area, who over the last 30 years has dedicated himself to building energy efficient and environmentally conscious custom homes.
Growing up in Loudoun County, John is a fifth generation Aldie resident who has a strong understanding of the time honored home building craftsmanship which is traditionally sought after throughout the Aldie / Middleburg areas.
At age 15, John began his construction career with Ferguson Custom Builders in Fairfax County. In 1979, John graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute (VT) with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. John then returned to work for Ferguson as a project manager until establishing his own building company in late 1979.
John's values and building philosophy have gained him respect and trust throughout the Northern Virginia community. John enjoys working with owners and believes their building experience should be satisfying and fun!
